Not a collection of parts. A network of relationships.
Sleep changes hormones. Sustained demand changes immunity. The people around you change nervous system state. Purpose changes physiology.
This is what your Blueprint is reasoning across. Choose anything on the map to see what it touches, what your body may be trying to achieve through it, and what it feels like when it is struggling.
Choose anything on the map. On a phone, drag to see all of it.
A system, not a body part
Nervous system state
Sets whether the body is dealing with something or recovering from it.
What the body may be trying to achieve
Staying prepared is what a body does when demand has been continuous. It is not a malfunction, it is an accurate response to a life, and it postpones repair because repair was never urgent while something was happening.
When it is struggling
Not high or low so much as stuck. A system that goes up and does not come back down postpones digestion, repair and deep sleep, and those postponements are what somebody notices first.
What that can feel like
waking at three, alert
a jaw already tight in the morning
unable to settle into doing nothing
digestion that changed without the food changing
What it is connected to
Who watches this
Endocrinology, Sleep Medicine, Pain Medicine, Gastroenterology
Nothing here is anatomy. These are processes, and every one of them is influenced by the others. Which is why an explanation is so rarely found in one place.
Why this is the layer underneath
A discipline is a way of looking.
Twenty-eight of them, each asking a different question. Useful, and none of them is the thing itself.
A system is something happening.
This map is what all of those lenses are looking at. When two findings belong to one story, this is where the overlap actually is.
Your Blueprint lights up part of it.
Not the whole map, and not a diagnosis. The few processes your own answers point towards, and what they have in common.
And it asks what your body was solving.
Before what has gone wrong. Most of what looks like malfunction is a solution to a problem the body was actually facing. Not every adaptation is still helping, and understanding what it was for comes first.
