Community Guidelines

There is no forum and no audience here, so this is mostly about how we treat each other in the few places words are exchanged.

Version 1.0 · 14 August 2026

Exist Better has no forum, no comments and no public profiles. Nobody sees what you write.

You are allowed to be angry, blunt or frightened. That is not a conduct problem.

Abuse of a practitioner is the one thing that ends an account. Your Blueprint stays yours even then.

1 · There is no public community

Exist Better has no forum, no comments, no feed and no public profiles. You cannot see another member and another member cannot see you.

That is a deliberate choice rather than something not built yet. What people write here is often the most private thing they have written down, and a platform that invites an audience for it changes what they are willing to say.

This document is therefore short. It covers the few places where words pass between people.

2 · Where words are exchanged

With usEmail, and anything you send about a correction or a complaint. A person reads all of it.
With a practitionerAnything you choose to share from your Blueprint, and whatever you say to them directly.
With the platformYour answers, your questions and the Clarity Room. Nobody else sees any of it.

3 · What we ask of you

Two things, and neither is about your tone. You are allowed to be angry, blunt, frightened or in a state. That is not a conduct problem.

Be truthful in what you answer

Not because we are checking, but because a Blueprint built on answers that are not yours is useless to you. There is no benefit to performing wellness here and nobody to perform it for.

Treat practitioners as people

They are independent professionals, not a service we operate. Abuse, threats or discriminatory language towards a practitioner is the one thing that will end an account, and it will do so without warning.

Do not use the platform to reach somebody in an emergency, or to send content that is unlawful. Do not share an account: a Blueprint about two people helps neither.

4 · What we ask of ourselves

We write to you as a personNot as a case. No clinical language, no scores, and nothing that tells you what is wrong with you.
We do not use urgencyNo countdowns, no offers ending tonight, no reminders that you have not subscribed, and no notifications designed to bring you back.
We answerWithin five working days, with what we are actually doing rather than an acknowledgement.
We take a correction seriouslyIf something we wrote does not sound like you, it is removed and not said again. Those reports are the most useful thing we receive.

5 · If an account has to end

It is rare, and we would rather talk first. Where something has gone seriously wrong, we say what happened, give you a chance to respond, and refund anything unused.

Abuse of a practitioner is the exception and ends an account immediately. Even then, your Blueprint remains yours: you can download all of it, and you can ask us to delete it.
